Janet McLaughlin, MBA, CHBC
President
Janet McLaughlin has over 30 years
experience in health care management, including 28 years as
a healthcare business consultant at PMC.
A graduate of University of California,
San Diego, she also earned an MBA in Healthcare Services
Management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She
is a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, designating
her expertise in physician practice management.
Alan Fritzshall, MHA
Senior Healthcare Consultant
Alan Fritzshall joined PMC in 2006. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked at
hospitals and health systems, insurance companies, and
managing medical groups. Highlights of his career include
managing medical group mergers, opening new medical care
facilities and developing physician compensation models.
Alan is a native of Chicago, and
currently resides in the San Francisco East Bay. He has a
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in
Health Administration from Washington University School of
Medicine in St. Louis.
Lance Lee, CPA
Tax Manager
Lance is responsible for directing the
tax department at PMC. His areas of expertise include
individual, partnership, corporate, estate and fiduciary
income tax returns, as well as income tax projections and
tax planning for high net worth individuals. Lance started
his career at a national Big Four public accounting firm and
has over 15 years of public accounting firm experience.
Lance has a Bachelors of Science degree
from the University of California, Davis, and a Masters in
Taxation from San Jose State University. His areas of
expertise include: Medical group practices taxation; real
estate taxation; vineyard/winery accounting and general tax
consulting. Lance is licensed by the California Board of Accountancy.
Stacy B. Dolezal
Senior Staff Accountant
Stacy Dolezal joined PMC in 1985. With
over 20 years experience in the accounting field,
specifically dedicated to healthcare practitioners, she has
much knowledge in the specific needs of doctors. Highlights
of her career include financial statement design and
implementation, financial procedure development, computer
conversions, spreadsheet design, payroll procedure
development and processing, and generally assisting clients
in all aspects of accounting. Stacy’s background and strong
leadership skills give great support to PMC’s accounting
team.
Stacy was born, raised, and currently
resides on the San Francisco Peninsula. The majority of
Stacy’s training came from direct job training and years of
perseverance. Accounting courses were completed at College
of San Mateo in San Mateo, CA.
Carol Stukaloff
Administration
Carol Stukaloff joined PMC in 1994. She
was born in San Francisco and received her degree from
American River College in Sacramento. Coming full circle,
she's returned to the Bay Area to be with family and to join
PMC where her father worked for over 30 years before
retiring.
Noreen Shasky
Senior Staff Accountant
Noreen Shasky has been an employee of
PMC since 2003. With over 20 years experience in office
management and accounting, Noreen has the ability to provide
exceptional customer service to clients. She enjoys working
with clients and has the patience and commitment to create a
product that fits their individual needs.
After attending Night School Noreen
received her Associates of Arts degree in Accounting at Heald Business College. Noreen considers her
greatest accomplishment is as a wife and mother of three young
adults. Noreen is a San Francisco native and still resides
in this beautiful city
Phillip Balthazor
Administration
Philip Balthazor joined PMC
in 2005 after deciding to make a change from
his career as a technical worker. Phil is currently
enrolled in classes at CCSF in accounting, and will soon
receive his Associates degree. Phil reports that his 2+
years working with professionals at PMC has taught him
more about the business than all of the hours in a
classroom. He looks forward to assisting all of our
clients in the future.
Lizette Carranza
Staff Accountant
Lizette Carranza joined PMC in March, 2007. She received her Bachelor’s
degree in
Business Administration in May 2006 from Pace University in
New York City. While attending school, she began her
accounting internship at Geller & Company, an accounting
outsourcing firm, and later joined their team. She has had
the opportunity to work for a variety of industries and with
many people.
Lizette now resides in the San
Francisco Bay Area with her husband and their one-year-old
daughter. She enjoys spending quality time with her family.
